We initially chose Top Lawn Pros due to their reputation for high-quality service. Unfortunately, our experience has significantly declined over the past few months. Despite repeated communications about ongoing issues, such as uneven edging, inconsistent mowing, and grass clippings being blown into our mulched tree and flower beds, the same errors have persisted without resolution. On August 15, 2024, after our initial concerns were raised, we were assured that the best team would be assigned moving forward. However, the same crew continued to provide subpar service, with no visible improvements in their work. This situation reached a point where we were forced to ask that our property be skipped in hopes of allowing improperly cut areas to regrow. Despite our best efforts to engage with management and provide opportunities for improvement, the quality of service remained below the standard we were promised. Compounding these issues, the crew's lack of communication resulted in further inconvenience when they mowed while our vehicles were parked in the driveway, leaving grass clippings all over them. Our requests to resolve these problems have largely gone unanswered, and no credit or compensation was offered for the repeated service failures. Given our commitment to maintaining the appearance of our property, including investing in additional services with another company, the lack of attention to detail and continued errors from Top Lawn Pros has been deeply disappointing. We ultimately canceled our service due to their inability to meet the expected standards and their focus on revenue generation over quality customer care.
