Tori recently opened in a lower section of Bentall Centre in downtown Vancouver. The menu is quick simple with a tori paitan ramen, yaki soba, udon and sides of gyoza and chicken karaage. You can pick your protein with soba and udon. Got fried udon with beef and side of gyoza. Not sure if they menu plans to expand after the soft opening. read more
