Went there for birthday celebration. I know Nimitz business center is not the fanciest location to have an omakase restaurant at however the discovery of the surroundings and bathroom etc could use some improvements. Parking is free for 2 hours, but it comes with a $.35 service charge. Upon arrival, we were the 3rd group to arrive. Sat between one 4ppl group and one other couple, I felt the seating space was tight and mind you I am a petite person. Food quality was good for what you pay for. My biggest problem with the restaurant is how sushi items are presented. Most common practice is to have chef make and send the sushi one by one as your dinning progresses especially when it's counter seating. Toro does it differently, they make it 2-3 sushi and send them to you on a plate at a time. One plate was a fish sushi with tamago together. I was just scratching my head at that moment. Although I am sure it's not intended that way, but I felt rushed eating through the courses. I suggest them work out their flow/logistics and send the courses out traditional way.
