They are not bonded or insured. Accidents happen, totally understand. Just pay to repair the damage, okay? Took our truck in to get detailed and employee accidentally damaged our fender pulling it into the garage. He was very apologetic. Nice guy. Asked the manager/owner Tonya for their insurance to pay for the repairs. We were passing through Amarillo to our destination in Colorado so repairs needed to take place in Colorado. She refused to provide insurance info and insisted I take it to a local body shop that was unable to repair our truck before we had to leave town. I calmly and clearly explained our situation without any cooperation from her. We ended up having to file a claim with our own insurance, paying our $500 deductible, to get the damage they caused repaired. read more
