Great selection of unique items. The day I visited the check out counter was unattended over and over again. I stood at the checkout patiently, I know the staff saw me and after a long wait, someone finally asked me if I needed help. I had placed items for purchase on the counter. I mentioned yes I would like to shop items in the locked glass cases.
While shopping apparently a lady who seemed to be in charge was busy talking phone calls (behind the counter), glanced at me as if I, as a customer, was an annoyance.
Still, I waited patiently. Another issue for the staff seemed to be a pending delivery at the back door. Who should be available when the delivery person arrived. Meanwhile, I stood there apparently invisible.
When I was finally helped, the lady who helped me was very nice.
Checkout was slow and tedious. It seemed as if actually selling items was also a chore and a bother.
Today, back home I would have enjoyed buying additional items; however, I live in Florida.
I called ti inquire about online purchases. Nope came the reply with the same irrigation received in person.
The website is, well, shows the amount of effort these artisans apply to selling.
Perhaps they like the stuff and like to label and price by hand. Like a hobby. That's it! This is a hobby not a serious place of business.
I'm sure everyone there are super nice. But nice doesn't translate to building a business that has amazing potential.
Imagine a catalog. A mailing list! A real website.
It's about customer service. Slow and irritable isn't a winner.
Blessings on your endeavors.
