I rarely post negative about a business but this is my story: Trash Tech has not picked up my trash in three weeks after several weeks of phone calls. First, I was told the previous driver quit and the new driver must have missed the stop. They would send someone back out to get my trash. Three days go by and no one shows up. I call again and leave several messages and talk to customer service. Customer service tells me that someone will be out that day and they have until 8pm or 8:30pm to pick it up. I stated okay. Long story short the next scheduled weekly pick up comes and goes NOTHING. So I call again and the cycle continues two more times. I have called and called customer service says they are sorry and blames it on dispatch but gives me a credit which I thank them but say I just want my garbage picked up. Yesterday I get forwarded to dispatch a nice woman named Christy and she calls a driver and leaves a message for the driver to pick up my trash. I come home from work IT IS STILL NOT PICKED UP. I have never had a trash company like this in my life and I have used a multitide of trash companies in my lifetime in different states. DO NOT USE. read more
