I have received consistently terrible service at this business. The employees at this location are unfriendly ('Maria' the manager in particular), and unprofessional. I have spent many years working with the public and I am surprised that a local business would hire employees that do not have basic customer service skills. As I was waiting (for nearly 45 minutes) I watched as an elderly lady entered (obviously lost) needing assistance and another customer had to help her because she was ignored by staff. I watched another customer wait nearly as long as me, to be told they were in the wrong place/wrong line. There are no signs posted anywhere to explain queue processes. Staff will not speak to you until your number is called. The drive through 'tab' line was wrapped around the building and there were at least ten people waiting inside with only two employees. When I inquired about the wait times, I was told by Maria 'Everybody has to wait in lines, even at Starbucks.' And she rolled her eyes. No smiles and no apologies for long wait times.
