Beware of these guys. When you call them, they are rude with an East Coast attitude I've filed a complaint with Sony as they are selling unwarranted products as new and filed one with my credit card company as well. The site is advertising "BRAND NEW" products but the products are second hand and do not come with a warranty. I guess they are banking of the fact that people won't call their bluff and research serial numbers after purchase. Time to file a complaint with the BBB in NYC as well. read more
