Just when you think it was safe to go into the water, bam something else needs to be done. We needed to change out our bathroom handles and towel racks because they were previously chrome and now, we need to match the gold color currently present in our renovated bathroom. That led us to Tri-Supply again. Alissa, one of the specialists at Tri-Supply helped us again. We explored many door handles and decided on two possible selections. Alissa priced them for us and we made our selection. The process was pretty straightforward and easy. Kudos to Tri-Supply for their customer service orientation. Four Tri-Supply representatives greeted us in the store and offered complimentary beverages. This was so very kind.
