I am pleased. After a nasty rain deluge, I wasn't alone needing help with flooding issues. Mine was minor in comparison but still needed dealt with. The finished population of my basement flooded for the first time and carpet was drenched. Good news, there wasn't standing water others had. My first contact was with Kelsey. She was great, helping me navigate my options and starting prices. Once I figured out I just wanted carpet removed and disposed of in order to deal with whatever was the origin of the foundation failure, she arranged for John to contact me to come out today. John contacted me with an ETA andhad his sons Johnny and Jake come out first. They made short order of the process and worked efficiently with John coming shortly thereafter. All three were professional, as was Kelsey. My cost was as stated. Only minor change was a request for a check if I could instead of a charge card that I had made sure to confirm with Kelsey that they accepted. John requested a check if i had one because it was after business hours. Fortunately, i had both a check and funds in my bank. Bottom line -- my wet carpet is gone and I can concentrate on the next issue of determing why water came in and what to do about it. read more
