I was highly recommended to train with Jemil by my best friend. Jemil is vastly knowledgeable and very passionate in his field. He is very keen on clarification of information from nutrition to exercise. Each session with him is an opportunity to learn. You walk away with valuable knowledge that you can utilize even after you finish his program. You can ask him a million questions and he will gladly take the time to educate you. He emphasizes on executing form and technique to help prevent injuries as well as reaping the benefits of each exercise. He also teaches you supplemental exercises, stretching, and rolling out muscles to help strengthen weaknesses and and prevent injuries. In our hour long consultation, he assessed my full background from medical and family history, eating habits, level of activity, level of stress, and history of/current physical injuries. We also discussed my expectations from his program from my short to long term goals. He goes over what his program encompasses and incorporates customized meal plans and exercise regimen to meet my goals which is to lose a healthy amount of weight, improve my high blood pressure, reverse diabetes, work on my current knee injury, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Jemil has exceeded beyond my expectations. I learned how to eat well and I'm not left feeling hungry. I have increased in strength and continue to gradually lose weight in a healthy way. In the first 3 months, I was able to heal properly from my knee injury. My blood pressure and diabetes are well controlled and I am tapering off my medications as my body is responding very well to healthy eating and exercising. My goal is to be completely off medications and rely on a healthy lifestyle to keep my diseases in control. I am very happy to say that everyone has noticed a big change in my health and appearance. I can fit into smaller sized clothes, fit into a rollercoaster seat, and a rock-climbing harness. I am able to tolerate my adventurous life of backpacking, hiking, rock-climbing, acrobatic and water sports, and more. I still have more to work on but still going on strong! As someone who works in the health care field, Jemil takes a unique approach to his methods. He goes above and beyond to educate a healthy lifestyle. I cannot say that there is not many like Jemil in his field so I highly recommend you check him out. I have friends who watched my journey to a healthy lifestyle and have been inspired to do what I do. They are currently training with him so you should, too! Also check out his Youtube channel and Instagram. He posts many informative videos for everyone. If there is anything valuable you should take away from my review is to invest time, money, and dedication in building a better you. Take it from me, watching my family and my patients spend thousands and thousands of dollars on lifetime of medications, treatments, multiple surgeries, and many hospitalizations is no where near how much you could spend in preventative measures to get healthy now. Think of how much more you'll save on money but more importantly, your own health and happiness. Not only is Jemil very knowledgeable in the matters of health & fitness, he stresses the importance of "mind over matter". Making healthy lifestyle changes and being CONSISTENT everyday could have its hard days. It's in those hard days he pushes you to keep going.
