I tried Triple J's BBQ when they popped up in my community. While they bill themselves as BBQ, they also have plenty of authentic Mexican dishes.The brisket quesadilla is incredible. The mac and cheese are also great. All in all, a diverse menu and yummy. The only downside? Turnaround time is NOT fast. I was customer #1 and my order took close to 25 minutes to prep. Quality food does take time but food truck customers tend to expect food a bit faster. read more
