Should have listened to Natalie's review & run from this co. Mario nor Mike, the owner don't care if you are happy with their work & just want their money. They left 2" gaps on both sides of the entry & said that is the way it was supposed to be. There is also a 1/4 inch dent in the middle of my new luxury vinyl floor that wasn't there until the 2nd time the workers left. Mike said looks like something heavy was dropped on the floor, i know i didn't do it & he made no effort to repair or compensate. He told me to to to lowes & buy colorstick for floor dents. REALLY? I have had the floor 1 week. The 1st time they came, the job wasn't finished because they measured wrong & not enough plank but they had my husband sign off on the job anyway with missing plank & threshold entry not completed. Plus the border on one side of the room was cut too short & didn't match the other borders. I have pictures of everything they did which i would love to share with anyone who is interested. When i tried to explain my dissatisfaction with their work, Mike the owner acted like i was an idiot for questioning his work (altho i sent those pics to many people that said they wouldn't accept the work). I also went to 2 other floor companies which said the same thing that the job wasn't done correctly and they took the cheap way out. 1 company said it would cost about $250 to fix what they did so i called Mike & he also said he could fix his own work for an additional $250. REALLY? i told him i would hire the other company before i paid him anything else. More money to fix his own work? read more
