We initially had a good impression of Keith's team-they were polite and easy to work with on the day of the move. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Several pieces of our furniture were damaged during the move, including a significant break to our bedroom set drawer. To their credit, the movers acknowledged the damage and assured us that Keith would make it right. We were told to text him directly, and he would handle the repair at no cost.
It's now been over two months. Despite multiple follow-ups, Keith has consistently offered excuses and has taken no real steps to resolve the issue. What's especially disappointing is that we went out of our way to treat his team well-offering a generous tip, meals, and water throughout the day.
Sadly, the lack of follow-through from Keith has completely soured what could have been a positive experience. The name "Trusty" is incredibly misleading. Based on our experience, this is not a company you can rely on to take responsibility for their mistakes. If your belongings are valuable or even moderately important to you, I'd strongly recommend choosing a more reputable and accountable moving company- even if it costs a little more.
