Not a good experience. They are less than a year old. I was referred to them from the owner that handled my water and mold remediation. What a totally different experience as my dealings with them were quite different. The communication was fragmented with the owner, Ryan Yang, who didn't have the best follow through. We received 2 quotes and both required a 65% deposit. (See photos). What?? I interviewed several other contractors who ALL stated that CA Law states you can't ask for more than 10% down. When I asked for references I was given another person with the last name of Yang that worked at the same company that Ryan's insurance verification says he is connected to. Sketchy. We were considering going with them and called on a Friday with no response. Then Monday morning I receive a call from someone stating they were the Project Manager and wanted to know where the money is so they can start. What?? No agreement was made, no contract signed, no communication from Ryan. To top it off, when you google them their address doesn't come up. By the time you track them down it is the same address as the remediation company. Too many red flags for us. We found a fabulous contractor through Yelp though so do your homework, interview well, and follow your gut. read more
