I am so happy that Tubby's exists. Having moved to Kingston recently I hoped that I would find a convenient, decent, local venue for live music. Sure the Hudson Valley has loads of great musicians and I knew of a few quality music venues but had never heard of Tubby's.
Well, I love Tubby's and all other venues generally pale in comparison. They book amazing bands (local, national & intl), the space is cozy (dare I say intimate... ooh), the staff is super friendly, they play great tunes, have a solid draft/drink/food selection and reasonable prices for ALL including tickets + they even have a little outdoor patio!
