I worked in Newark Airport and I have a Tumi Luggage that broke after I used for a very short time. I didn't feel comfortable with the Tumi Store at EWR as they were not helpful AT ALL. They had an attitude as well. I kept using till it was not working at all and it was so difficult and embarrassed to use a broken luggage to travel. I had hard time finding a place to have my luggage repaired. I went online to see where I could get help when I was oversea. Only after I left CLT airport, I realized there was a store inside the airport. I called them. The sales at CLT was so nice to tell me that I could have taken to them or I could go to the one at South Park Mall. I called South Park Mall and rushed there before they close at 9 pm. The sales person Maurice Hunter was so nice to fix it for me immediately. That was sooooo nice as I needed to travel the following morning.
