The best experience I had in a restaurant by far was here where my daughter who just had four wisdom teeth extracted asked for something that was not on the menu - 'Bugs and Cheese' grown up version. This is an item that's normally offered on the Kids' Menu and something that they did not offer to grown ups. Instead of telling me no, which I would have understood, Dave (the Assistant General Manager) went above and beyond to make arrangements with the kitchen to get what my daughter had asked for. Needless to say I was blown away by the focus and commitment on the customer. In reality it took someone only about 10 minutes of their time to do this but it resulted in a very satisfied and impressed customer! Excellent service!!!! read more
