The Krabby Patty I ordered is a hearts-of-palm-based crab-like-cake served on a chia & flaxseed gluten free bun, topped with lettuce, roasted tomatoes, shaved red onion, and a vegan roasted garlic aioli. The patty was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the tomatoes had a beautiful sweetness & texture from roasting, the rest of the toppings were crisp & fresh, and the garlic aioli was a delicious and creamy addition. Two Bucks has multiple locations throughout northeast Ohio, and while they also cook for a more traditional diner, they are most definitely plant-based-friendly also. The Avon location, for instance, offers vegan cauliflower wings, a lemon hummus, a few vegan sandwiches, and some options to order a vegan pizza, like walnut-bean chorizo and a walnut parmesan, with a vegan cauliflower-crust "Veg-Head" specialty pizza I can't wait to get back to try. read more
