Took my vehicle to two moons auto to get a timing change and a diagnostic ran on the vehicle, including my AC being recharged or checked for any malfunctions and original quote was 1500 for the timing to be redone and then with additional parts and everything came out to 2400 and that was what was supposed to be done. After diagnostic was ran was never Supplied with the full diagnostic report with everything that was wrong with my vehicle mechanic purse just proceeded to fix the timing and as we went along, he had my vehicle for over 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks and it was problem after problem, ordering new parts and not just one two but three water pumps that were all leaking resulting in him using my old water pump that was already in my car and being charged for it, not only that but all seals were either reused or improperly seated Into their correct positions and the gaskets leading to an oil leak down into my coil packs and spark plugs and engine, as well as the timing leading to me, taking it to another mechanic and having to pay a secondary mechanic to repair the first mechanics mistakes and errors after 2 1/2 weeks shot manager called good and said we were good at 3000 we wouldn't be above that that the water pumps that were default and broken out of the package were going to result in a $1000 return from the supplier he wasn't gonna charge me for it but did and use my old fuel water pump at this point, I have now paid the same amount to the second mechanic and been out of a vehicle for over a month. This is unacceptable overcharging, and not completing the work finding out that the timing wasn't even done. The bolts weren't even removed with pictures to show of oil leaks and gaskets being improperly seated. Whatever you do do not use this mechanic. I drove into his yard picked up my vehicle and the only diagnostic information that they had given me was that I was going to need a new AC compressor. They did not fix the AC. We did not make it more than 35-45 miles once getting the vehicle back before the vehicle broke down and had to be towed to the secondary mechanic. read more
