I needed the battery replaced on my Google Pixel phone, as the battery wasn't holding a charge as well as it used to. My phone is nearly two years old and I'm a medium to heavy phone user. As an example, I had it fully charged at work and went to grab lunch at Treats in my office building. Seven minutes later, with light usage, I had lost 11% of battery life. Crazy! I walked into the store half an hour before closing on a Friday. Traffic sucked. I had the option of leaving my phone at the store or coming back the following day. I chose the latter and opted to pick it up on Saturday. Folks here are knowledgeable and friendly. I asked if I could get my SIM popped out of my phone, so I could use my backup phone. Done! My phone was ready as promised on Saturday. I returned in the afternoon. The new battery makes my phone feel like I just bought it new. I also got tips on how to prolong the battery's life.
