Been here a few times so past time for a review! The shop is small, with no seating so it's definitely a place you order for takeout. There's a iPad on the right as you enter to place your order. Alternatively, you can still order at the countertop if that's easiest for you. The menu is fairly extensive, I still haven't been able to try everything but I like their fruity options. This last time we got the mango pomelo sago which was delicious, and the strawberry tea slush.
