Nearly a year and a half later, Uncle Giuseppe's is still lively and cranking out Italian American food to the masses. On a bustling Friday night, we waited about 15 minutes before they cleared a table for our party of seven. It was warm inside and though the food took much longer to arrive this time, we still had an enjoyable meal. I had an early travel day and hadn't eaten much. Let's just say I wasn't my most decisive. The large menu sounded appealing, but I had no idea what I wanted. Ultimately I landed on the Chicken Parm Pizza. What could go wrong with that epic combination?! This pizza was HEFTY. Like a linebacker. Generous pieces of baked cutlets with sauce and cheese. I wouldn't consider the pizza NY style, but a very solid wood fired pizza.
