I bought from this company online via Bonanza. They sent me a pair of scuffed shoes with dirt in the tread. They did exchange the shoes, but I didn't get my mom's shoes until after Christmas. Uniform land refused to refund my shipping costs to have the shoes sent back through disputes submitted through paypal and Bonanza. Uniform land asserted the initial shoes sent were new though photo evidence submitted clearly showed otherwise. They were very condescending in their email correspondence on Bonanza as well. VERY unprofessional and unwilling to even consider that they had made an error. I am a VERY dissatisfied customer. I will not be buying from them again and would not recommend them. If there is any problem with their merchandise they are unwilling to take any responsibility on their part. read more
