When entering Upper, you immediately feel you're entering a classy and well-organised establishment. Beautiful building and interior in combination with very friendly and welcoming staff. The food has a high quality and is put on the plate with great care. As an amuse-gueule you receive their homemade rillette, which was very good. As a starter, we shared the croquette of pig feet, duck liver and homemade tartar sauce. Beautiful and very tasty dish. As a main, we took the filet pur with béarnaise sauce and the oxtail ragout with bone marrow. Again beautiful and delicious dishes. The drinks are also of a very good quality and go perfect with the dishes. The price of the whole experience is not the cheapest, however it's worth the spent due to all above mentioned.
