What started as a disaster was quickly taken care of! Best personalities, efficient and knowledgeable staff! I called and they were on the scene within an hour! My awning hit a tree when we were positioning our travel trailer to set up. We couldn't even get in the camper because the awning frame was jammed over the door. They removed the awning in no time and ordered replacement. We were able to use the camper. Since we are staying over a week, they are hopeful to be back and finish the work on site before we leave.
