Home Inspector raved about how great the HVAC unit was for the house we bought. 1 month later we go to turn on the heater and it sounds like a train is running through our house. We call out a company to service the unit and it turns out he actually looked at the unit before the house was listed. He told the previous owners a new unit was needed, they declined because they were selling the house. US inspect told us this damage happened within a month of them doing their inspection.
