This historical structure has been well-maintained, with beautiful interior woodwork throughout. There are also Depression-era murals painted on some of the inside walls. The building was constructed in 1939. It's fun to patronize a post office like this, if only just to observe the quality craftsmanship and pride of a bygone era. read more
