They're always pleasant and not always helpful. It seems to me that the postal workers assume customers know what they need to do, which should not be assumed. In general, this office seems short staffed as lines are usually long. Thankfully they recognize my bf when he drops off packages. Since his packages are labeled and he makes sure to have a scan sheet, he's able to drop them off at the side of the counter.
