This US Post Office is located almost immediately next to the beach on the north side of Pacifica next to a Walgreen's and Starbucks. It has a decent amount of street parking, is open 6 days a week, and the ladies manning the customer service counter are very reasonable and try to do their best to find your missing packages. My problem with this post office is that no matter when or how often I call, no one ever picks up the phone, likely due to understaffing. Then when I came on a Saturday, they opened at 10AM rather than 9AM as stated on their website. Waiting in line can be really chilly because there is no heating inside the office (or at least they don't turn it on). Also, many people in the neighborhood have had trouble with packages being delivered to their home. The bright side is that it's really a beautiful location for a post-office. read more
