I really had hoped Sandra (Representative) wouldn't have given me a hard time this morning. Please higher ups read this post, this is one of your employees, I've been a customer with the national city branch for 2 years and never had any issues with Juan, Monica or Alondra! No issues with Desiree at the Euclid location.
I greeted Sandra today, didn't even acknowledge or welcome me as a customer. The reason is because I came in to cash a $85 check and Sandra was literally giving me $8,500 without even verifying the check nor even contacting her manager to let her know. I had told her, what are you doing the check is only $85, Sandra didn't even acknowledge and say it was as her fault . That was one of the 3 times she's had an attitude with me.
Today's experience was horrible, I really wish I hadn't come in to this location at all! She was literally yelling through the glass while I was telling her how bad her service is.
I really don't need to get into detail, I just need to share my experience and hope this gets settled. I am not happy with Sandra at all!!!! I really don't like posting negative reviews , my personality is the total opposite of Sandra! Please management have a talk with Sandra and when she apologizes for her actions then will I remove this 1 star review read more
