This USPS has to be in the top ten WORST locations on the east coast.
One of my top pet peeves in life is watching a business with potential flounder because of the obvious poor actions of the employees. This Post Office is one of those examples. Despite the neighborly vibe I have gotten before at other Post Offices, this location seems to have the clock in/out mentality at the forefront. The employees are slow, which would be okay if they were positive and happy, but unfortunately they are not. I have had some yell at me for dropping a package and leaving without them interrogating me on what's inside the package/envelope. It's ready to go, so let me go. Not once have I been interrogated at any other post office for the contents of my package. Then to make matters worse, when I do need a receipt, they UP-CHARGE like crazy! They will try to find something not up to code with a prepaid package so that they can squeeze an extra couple of dollars out. My most previous visit the employee put her hands on the package to try and make the weight off and when brought to her attention she scoffed and took out a tape measure and started measuring the package. This is unacceptable! She then forced me to pay an "underweight difference" fee when she took her hands off and said it was off by less than a pound. Let's just say that survey call wasn't pleasant. I can say it's not just me with these issues, as it seems every other person that walks trough the doors has an issue. My word of advise? AVOID THIS PLACE!
Change what ever you need to change (eBay/Amazon/Anything Else Accounts) and just don't enter the doors. read more
