I believe this to still be a solid post office location. I know there are complaints about wait times. But keep in mind that this is a small location and employees at the front counter have to take care of issues that come up in the back sometimes, which takes them away from helping us in the front. Also, just because an employee shows up in the front area, it doesn't mean they are qualified to wait on customers. If you need expediency and find a long line, go to the large post office on Whitestone. For me, I'm coming here. Customer service has always been good for me, and the parking has been easy. read more
