The lines have always been quite long at this post office especially before the holidays. Today, I had exceptional service provided by Dawn. Her calm demeanor is definitely what is needed to deal with the general public & especially with so many mailing options that can definitely be confusing to many people. Everyone I've met at that post office has always been extremely polite to me. It is best to know what you are doing before going in to any post office. Lots of specifics can be found online, but of course, the employees always know the best way to mail items depending on customers needs. The only reason for the 4* is because of the long lines, but there is a hiring sign outside. I wonder why no one would grab a job there. Not sure what the jobs are, but I would guess they have good benefits. Note: Also, I found out for snowbirds, each individual person has to come in to get mail forwarding form to complete with ID. Previously, my mail person in NH provided one in mailbox. It probably varies as to who you speak with. read more
