I wish I could put a zero star review. I drove 45 minutes to this location because I changed my address and needed to pick up an important package that had been delivered to my previous address. I confirmed my package for a pickup early in the morning to assure that it was still at this facility. When I arrived, the workers spent 10 minutes trying to find it to no avail and told me the driver took it for a redelivery to my old address. I now have to wait an hour and a half for the driver to return to the office. These idiots didn't read the notification that I was picking up, and sent it out for delivery instead. They told me it was my own fault and that I "definitely requested delivery, not pickup." Your own notification system says otherwise... #illiterate #incompetent read more
