The garage door on their car wash scratched the HELL out of the top of my car and then when I pursued getting any help to address the issue, they repeatedly hung up the phone on me. They are also hanging up the phone on my Progressive Insurance Agent. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner, Matt Smey who refuses to return my calls or contact my insurance agent. I have now had to pay for the repairs to my car with my own money. Progressive will continue to pursue them to assume responsibility for damaging my car. At some point, I hope that Matt Smey will be a responsible citizen and take responsibility to the damage his car wash caused. If they continue to avoid me and my insurance agent, I will sue valley car wash. BTW, I was told by the officer that took the police report that this is actually a common issue they have seen with this car wash. He indicated that I am not the first person to have my car damaged by this car wash. If they decides to take responsibility and reach out to me, and treats me responsibly, I will remove this review. But if I have to hassle with getting reimbursed for this property damage, I will NOT take it down. One last thing, if you put "Valley Car Wash" into Google, you will see that they have hijacked the landing page and photos of another car wash in Ketchum that has a nicer facility. THAT'S RIGHT, Valley Car Wash has actually stolen the identity of Sun Valley Car Wash by redirecting their Google listing "website" button to Sun Valley Car Wash's website.
