I stopped by here the other day and really liked the building. I wanted to see if things had changed since the person who wrote the review in 2007. First of all, you can get a 2 bedroom Loft for under $200K, which is very hard to find in the area. The extra touches are really nice, like the hardwood flooring and quartz countertops. There is not a 24 hour front desk person, but they are there from morning to midnight (which saves on the home owner fees) but there is a private exercise facility for the residents, and there's a really nice rooftop deck for the residents as well.
