Time for a new phone! Stopped into a couple of different Verizon stores and all had the same story ... "we'll have to order it". Ok, no big deal. The team at Victra in Athens was no different, but they were able to thoughtfully answer my questions and explain what offers Verizon had going. ((((This has Not been my experience at the Decatur or Madison Verizon stores. I understand it's sales, and I assume they work on commission; but, don't treat me like I'm dumb or hide information from me.
