Very slow customer service. We came to buy a google pixel phone, knew exactly what model is needed. We were asked to wait for at least 30 minutes to watch the store reps walking and chatting between themselves. I guess the issue here is that there are 2 people that are welcoming new customers with "general manager" badge and the store load is supper low, which makes it un- evenly distributed. If I didn't need the phone today I would definitely leave. No special skills are needed to bring the device and get the credit card charged, I'm pretty sure general manager should be able to manage it:) and speed up the experience to make it pleasant.
