I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart.
Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients.
The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own.
All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer.
Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. DO BETTER! read more
