We were there for the day of the re-opening of EverLou as Vessel Café. We had never come under the café's previous ownership, as we only discovered the place when we heard about the re-opening. I like their coffee a lot, the art on the wall, the welcoming atmosphere... The fact that the coffee is far from the Downtown is awesome because the atmosphere is calmer. The place is charming. They used Dark Matter Coffee from Chicago in one of their iced lattes and it's pretty good and original. The Peach Cobbler Latte is a nice signature summer drink; we got it iced, with oat milk, because it's hot outside. There's a part for people who want to draw and you can buy art supplies. We will be back here often. read more
