Our foodie group came to Vicino for brunch today and it was very delightful. The ambiance is beautiful and very modern with a gorgeous patio that goes all around the restaurant. Our server, Sophia, was a ray of sunshine and had a bright smile and a warm, friendly personality as soon as she came to our table. We did not have to wait long for anything at our table. The brunch menu was very good and has a good variety of items. The regular menu was terrific and had a good variety of gluten free/vegan items which made our group very happy. I decided to go with a mimosa for my beverage and the breakfast Panini for my entree. The Mimosa was very refreshing and tasted excellent. The bartender prepared it very well. The breakfast Panini was fantastic and tasted amazing. The fried.egg, mozzarella, tomato, and sausage with foccoa bread made for a perfect combination with excellent flavor. The side of pesto also contributed to the flavor of the breakfast Panini. It was a great breakfast and filled me up quickly. Vicino is an excellent brunch place on Mass Ave. and the prices are reasonable, so it is very well worth while to come here with friends or family for brunch on the patio. The croissant with Nutella spread is also terrific and worth checking out on the menu. This is a great restaurant and you will see me here again very soon. read more
