A nice little wine bar that was near our hotel in Firenze. We stopped in for a "snack" and a glass of wine after walking around all day. Our host took the time out to explain the meat and cheese pairing you can see in the photo. The meats here in Italy are so fresh and lack the preservatives that are packed into the products we get in the US. Everything here is locally sourced and you can taste the difference. They offer cooking classes as well and one was occurring when we stopped in. Definitely a nice little gem here in Firenze. read more
