Vina Moda is a great little boutique winery that is nestled in downtown Murphys California on a street with multiple winery tasting rooms. Red wines are the expertise here, and the winemaker makes quite a few big heavy reds that stand out. There's plenty of awards displayed showing his success and the ambience is a feeling of a castle like atmosphere with deep dark undertones. The tasting room personnel are very knowledgeable and give great service, letting you try flights of wines or just specific ones. This is by far one of my favorite wine makers in the Calaveras County area and I enjoy all of his wines. read more
