Vision works is a wonderful place to order glasses from. Though their prices are a little higher than others around you're buying quality. My family have chosen other places to order their glasses, they bundle things like glare free, scratch resistant etc. Not one family member has expressed satisfaction in glasses. I have never had a problem with their staff, they are always friendly, quick to serve and they do not pressure sell. They offer you options and if you say no that's fine. Last week their sales man Charlie assisted me, not only was he extremely polite and made me feel like his priority. He was also practically running the whole room, assisting others with joy and care, cleaning up as he went, never rushing his customers though it was the peek bust lunch hour, I got in and out within great timing. Their glasses options are good, there's one brand I'm hooked on, Longchamp, which is part of the reason I keep coming back.
