Edit: In response to the business' intentionally evasive response and lack of accountability, I want to point out the multiple false equivalencies. You addressed NONE of the concerns and addressed NONE of the accusations. YOUR physician Dr Pamela Arnett confirmed that truth: there is NO separate exam for contact lenses. An eye exam is an eye exam. The script reads and appears differently, but the exam itself is not different. YOUR physician confirmed this. And if you'd like to try me, I record ALL of my appointments for this very reason. I adequately explained the situation and your dancing around the issue and skirting the truth only makes you look like even more scam artists than you already appear. If a person has NEVER worn contacts, then YES a fitting is a justifiable charge. But if a person has worn contacts and the same brand for 30+ years, then you are not fitting them in anything. I went to you facility for almost 5 years and Dr Arnett has NEVER seen a pair of contact lenses in my eyes. Everything you said is incorrect. My glasses prescription has changed every year but my contact prescription hasn't changed in the last 5. You're just lying at this point and ill informed. Perhaps the responses to reviews should be left to the doctors and not the management staff that had no connection to the truth. Your combative response only makes YOU look unprofessional. It's comical that you decided to spin your response to make it look like I didn't want to pay for something and not that your aren't fraudulently charging clients for services you didn't render. You charge $150 for a service your business previously recognized was a scam. I paid your nearest competitor $125 and walked out with both scripts. It was never about the money, but rather about your unethical practices. You do know the sidewalk outside your business is public domain. I have the time to stand there an address everyone who comes in your business. read more
