I'll echo most of the comments here - surprised by the one negative review, re: Target inspired furnishings. We went with Sheri after seeing a home she had staged in another community that our agent was listing. She understood the target demographic and staged appropriately. Was it the decor I would choose? No, but that's not what I was looking for - staging doesn't represent reality, it represents an ideal or aspiration that speaks to a buyer. It needs to reinforce your home's uniqueness and qualities. Our home sold above asking price and within three weeks of listing - was it Sheri's stage? I'll never know but I have no regrets. Fast in, fast out, personable service and reasonable cost. read more
