I was so disappointed that I could cry! I literally wanted this place to be my place to come to as I am now a full time nurse in the area. The quality of my nails were just horrible, the nail tech didn't even bother to even the shape or remove excess polish from around my cuticles. I ordered the most expensive pedicure but somehow the tech forgot to do half the things that came with it and even burned my left foot with the paraffin wax! I've never felt so underserved at an establishment as I did today. Then the owner told me "you are new to the area, I suggest you drive around to see that we are the cheapest prices" and I have no idea why'd she say that to me as I paid in cash and still left a tip! I later returned because I just couldn't phathom this being ok! The owner refunded me $60 and I showed her how the tech burned me with the paraffin, she commented that I can wait two weeks and come back to allow her to do it correctly or I could go find another place! That comment alone made it clear to me that I'd never return and for sure had to leave a review, especially after having to visit urgent care as three of my toes have second degree burns.
