Old fashioned service oriented butcher business meets hip deli vegan owner and they have a child: Von Hanson's Meats. Yes, they gots the meats but so much more! Veggie skewers (yes, please), Brussels sprouts ready for grilling. I could go on, but my adult husband was having a happy melt down at the meat counter so I had to take him home to the grill. He grilled up the beef kabobs and they were a great buy (all pure steak meat-no fat/bone/gristle)! They tasted fresh and delicious (even better the next day to put beef steak in tacos).
