Took me awhile to come on here and leave my review on this matter because I have not ever had a problem with the bakery department before until now.. When placing an order for the bakery they only need one day in advance and that's what I have also been told..I made an order January 27th late afternoon for my sons FIRST birthday cake for January 29th..a full sheet and a personal..long story short, i get a call 30 minutes before my sons party start time that they have not made any of my cakes! I can't remember the lady's name (Irma or something like that)..her customer service was horrible and basically says either I go somewhere else or take what they have on hand..now I'm pissed and I start running my mouth..I did not cuss the lady out because I was raised right instead I raised my voice and told her do whatever it's out of my hands my sons party is about to start..she made the cake in less than 30 minutes and this is what was delivered to me I'm so hurt and ashamed that my son and family was presented this jacked up cake and now it's a constant nightmare reminder in every single picture that we will have to see forever!!
